Future tennis stars in action at Lakeside

Gauteng East Tennis hosted two tournaments this month at their Lakeside Tennis Centre.

Sixty players aged between five and nine years old from afar afield as Middelburg and Bronkorstspruit took part in the GE Wilson Red Ball Tournament on the smaller red ball court using the softer, slower red ball.

“These tournaments cater for all levels and standards of tennis players, with a fun element to it. All players also improve on their match play and experience,” said tournament organiser Desiré Wilson.
