Benonians will be proud to know one of our own, Davina Moodley, has made the top 25 in the Tammy Taylor Mrs South Africa, which was announced recently.
“I would like to create awareness around ukuthwala, a practice mostly in our rural areas where young girls are forced into marriages,” she said.
