The Gauteng Majorettes and Cheerleading Association (GMCA) competition which was suppose to be held at Belvedere School, 7 Uys Krige Road, Farrarmere, on February 16 has been cancelled due to the ongoing rain.
For safety reasons it has been advised that the cheerleaders cannot compete on the grass as it is expected to rain for the rest of the week.
GMCA and the school apologise for any inconvenience caused.
