Swift Aquatics Club, based at Benoni Northerns Swimming Pool, held their Ironman/Ironlady Championship at the pool on October 27.
Swimmers raced each other in the strokes of butterfly, backstroke, freestyle and individual medley in their respective age groups.
“Family and friends join in on the fun and this is how we build on our foundation of being a ‘fun, family’ club,” said Brigitte Thysse, public relations officer at Swift Aquatics Club.
