Should you find yourself looking to market your business or looking for a place to take your family on a Friday night, the Great North Market could be one of the places you would like to consider.
The newly opened market was launched on October 12 in Brentwood Park.
“We saw that there was no market in the area and decided that we should create a relaxed setting where families can come and enjoy delicious food while listening to live entertainment and buy fresh produce,” said one of the organisers, Mel Chapman.

The market happens every Friday evening from 7pm until 10pm and Saturday from 9am to 4pm.
