A hat for celebrating spring

Members of the SA Association of Retired Persons (SAARP), which was formed in Benoni in 2014, recently held a competition for the best Spring Day hat on September 4 at the Northfield Methodist Church. The winners of the competition are Ernie Dent, (left, best man category), Colin and Mel Shaw (best couple) and Anne Caldwell (best woman category). The club meets on the first Tuesday of each month at Northfield Methodist Church, Northmead from 10.30am.
