Social development looking for missing mother

The Department of Social Development is searching for the mother of Nhlanhla Tsotetsi, born on December 11, 2012.

The father of the child is Innocent Bell and the child resides with his paternal grandmother Maggie Bell.

Attempts to find the mother have been made but have been unsuccessful.
