Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Lighton Matimba Mthombeni (29) is urged to pass it on to the police.
Mthombeni was last seen on June 13, in Crystal Park, wearing a brown jersey with traditional prints and blue denim.
Crystal Park SAPS spokesperson, Sergeant Lerato Mopeli said the man was reported missing by his brother after he received a call from the vehicle tracking company alerting him that Mthombeni’s car was in an unsafe area.
“The vehicle was traced and found in Katlehong, however, Mthombeni was not there,” said Mopeli.
“His brother said Mthombeni left the house to go to work in Mpumalanga on the day.”
Mthombeni is medium in height, chubby, light in complexion, bald, has a scar under his right eye and forehead and he speaks Tsonga.
Anyone with information regarding the missing person can contact investigating officer Warrant Officer Phafane Ratale on 011 969 4880.
