Northerns/Kempton clash postponed
The scheduled Eastern Premier League match for Sunday, November 19 between arch-rivals Benoni Northerns Cricket Club (BNCC) and Kempton Park Cricket Club (KPCC) was postponed to next year.
The move was made by the Eastern Cricket Union (ECU) so that KPCC could play their Titans franchise T20 play-off final against Middelburg Cricket Club from Mpumulanga.
KPCC emerged victorious in the match and will represent the franchise at the Cricket South Africa (CSA) Community Cup next year.
BNCC will return to Premier League action when they travel to Pollak Park to play Springs Old Boys on Sunday, November 26.
The club’s Promotion League XI will play Germiston Cricket Club away from home.
