Belvedere School recently enjoyed a fantastic time on the rugby field, with three of their teams winning their respective Middle School Valke Rugby League final matches.

But it did not end there because the school’s First side also won the Vir Seker Trophy for middle schools.
The results of the Middle School Valke Rugby Leagues are as follows:
• u-15: They won against Suiderlig High School 36-19
• u-16: They beat Die Anker 27-17
• First Team – They beat Hoërskool Parys 26-0
The First Team’s road to winning the Vir Seker Trophy was as follows: They beat Hoërskool Zeerust 32-29 in the quarter-finals.
In the semi-final, they beat Frans du Toit High School 28-27.
In the final on August 26, they were victorious against Allen Glen High School with a score line of 22-17. A try in the last five minutes of the game secured the win.
