UPDATE: ‘N12 is a nightmare’ – paramedic
About 50 people have already been assessed following several separate accidents on the N12 highway this morning (July 24).
Earlier this morning, ER24 spokesperson Waldo Zweep said about eight separate accidents happened within about 500 metres of each other.

According to another paramedic on scene, there are reports of two more on the same stretch of road. He said the “N12 is a nightmare”.
No fatalities have been reported at this stage.
