The officers received medals at the annual Ekurhuleni Central Cluster Medal Parade, held at the Prince George Park, in Boksburg.
The SAPS Band led the platoon on the parade ground and welcomed the attending generals with a general salute.
Deputy provincial commissioner for Gauteng, Maj-Gen Max Masha, accompanied by the cluster commander, Maj-Gen Poobalan Subbiah, was escorted through the parade to inspect the members.
Masha pinned each medal to the recipient and congratulated him/her personally.

Twenty-year loyal service medal:
