Fit-Xtreme officially opened their doors to the public on August 29, but became a 24/7 gym on September 5.
The newly-opened gym provides weight training, a crèche, change rooms, steam rooms, indoor heated pool, weights, functional training, aerobics, cardio, circuit, spinning, supplement shop, squash, personal training and boxing facilities.
“There is no limit on the amount of people in the family membership,” said manager of the gym, Mornè van Wyk.
The family membership is only applicable to the immediate family however, such as the parents and their children.
