“The complaint will be formally discussed with the official in charge of the facility.

“The tuck shop lessee will also be addressed, as this behavior is unacceptable.

“Swimming pool users are encouraged to approach the lifeguard stationed at the facility, to handle any concerns or issues.

“The City of Ekurhuleni wishes to apologise and assures the complainant that a similar incident will not repeat itself.”
