Dan Triangle students work on their skills
The Dan Triangle Karate Club recently held their annual inter-club gasshuku training at the Brakpan Indoor Sport Centre, instructed by Chris Anthony, Christopher Anthony and Dudley van Niekerk.
The training consisted of basic techniques, kata, nunchaku sticks, bo, self-defence and bag work and was enjoyed by every student.
