Pharmacy’s sweet sixteen
Clients were in for a treat when Terrace Pharmacy celebrated its sixteenth birthday, on October 31.
Popcorn, balloons and face painting made up the kiddies attractions, while juice and savoury snacks were available for customers.
Shoppers could walk away with hampers or “goodie” bags and several discounts were available, while outside the store, Helping Hands and XS Health promoted various products.
The day, organised by Ronel Haasbroek, initiated a month of discounted clinic services, including glucose and cholesterol tests, as well as iron level and blood pressure checks.
Amanda Joubert has been a patron of the pharmacy since 2009.
“It’s a pleasant pharmacy and we always get what we need here,” said Joubert.
The pharmacy is situated in the Rynfield Terrace Shopping Centre, in Pretoria Road, Rynfield.
