Monarch Rentals Monarch Rentals was initially established in June 1993 when Grant Haydock decided to start a rental division to complement the sales activities of Monarch Property Consultants (Pty) Ltd.
Margaret Lumley started off the department with just a typewriter and a telephone and it soon became apparent that this was not going to be any rental “corner” because it had the potential for considerable growth.
The business was then sold to the Lumley family and has since been growing from strength to strength.
The video not only tells Monarch’s story but it is also a tribute to Robert Lumley who played a major role in the business’s current success.
The family business looks forward to serving Benoni and Boksburg home owners and tenants as well as potential owners and tenants for many years to come.
