Northmead resident Fernando dos Santos makes no secret of his passion for the property industry and will soon display his experience on television.
The Re/Max Randgro Benoni sales associate will be featured on episode four of season two of the television show, Guiding You Home.
The show will be aired on DStv on Monday, September 21, and rebroadcast until September 27.
Dos Santos told the City Times he is one of 13 agents who were selected to appear on the show, from about 200 who were auditioned.
He will show two buyers, sisters from Bedfordview, three houses in Benoni.
They are looking for a double-storey cluster at between R2-million and R2.5-million.
The estate agent said he is excited to be featured on the show.
“Not only was it an honour and privilege to showcase my real estate expertise, but also an opportunity to operate outside of my comfort zone, in what I believe was a first time for Benoni in a reality TV show of this kind,” he said.
“I portraying to the consumer the ethos by which I operate: ‘Proudly professional and passionate about property’ – always going the extra mile to ensure excellent service delivery and achieving outstanding results.”
