Acting Benoni SAPS cluster commander Brig Poobalan Subbiah handed out the certificates at the Benoni SAPS cluster office, in Northmead, on July 29.
Subbiah thanked the members for their sterling work and assured them that good work will be rewarded.
“As long as I am around, I’ll find reasons to motivate your promotion if you apply for a post,” he told the officers.
“The more productivity I see out of you, the more faces I see in this cluster, the more I will protect the interests of the members of this cluster.
“I will benefit the members of this cluster and, out of your benefit, you benefit the members of the community of this cluster.”
Subbiah said certificates will, from now on, be awarded to deserving members on a weekly basis.
