According to Ramothakhi Maqabe, Actonville SAPS spokesperson, SAPS members received information about a suspicious VW Polo parked on Maseko Street, in Wattville.
“Upon their arrival, they found CMS security personnel on the scene, who told them that they chased the car from Beyers Park, in Boksburg, and managed to stop it at Maseko Street,” said Maqabe.
There were three men in the car, two of them managed to flee.
It is alleged the suspects broke into a house in Boksburg.
When police searched the car, they found a Plasma TV, camp chairs, a computer and internal and external hard drives.s.
Police later discovered that the WV Polo was stolen in Daveyton.
The suspected who was arrested is expected to appear in court soon.
