Last year’s runner-up Jbe’ Kruger shares the overnight lead (-6) with England’s Andy Sullivan in the City of Ekurhuleni.
They are followed by multiple SA Open champion and tournament ambassador Ernie Els, Denmark’s Lasse Jensen and Richard Sterne in tied third place.
