Mothers enjoy their special day

The foundation had close to 100 women, who are all pensioners from Denys Conradie and surrounding places, to enjoy the function.

Grace to God holds this event annually, at different places and old age homes.

Chairman of the foundation Jasson Basson explained that the Mother’s Day function is close to his heart, as his mother, Sandra Basson, is his biggest supporter.

“Growing up I was raised by my mother, a single parent, and this is to show my appreciation to all the mothers out there,” he said.

The foundation spends time in the community of Benoni helping people who have given up hope and putting smiles on children`s faces.
