Man (20) dies in accident
A 20-year-old man died in a car accident on New Modder Road, Rynsoord, on Saturday December 21.
“ER24 paramedics arrived on scene and found a single vehicle lying on its roof a couple of meters from the road,” said ER24 JHB East spokesperson Glen Orritt.
“Paramedics rushed to the vehicle and found that the driver, and only occupant of the vehicle, was partially pinned underneath the motor vehicle.
“Paramedics assessed the man and found that he had suffered multiple broken bones and had succumbed to his injuries prior to the arrival of medical personal.”
The man was declared dead on scene.
The accident will be investigated.
Orritt thanked the Benoni CPF and EMPD for their assistance at the accident scene.
