The Christmas spirit continued in the new year for elderly members of the Samukelo Esihle Community Project.
They were recently gifted with reading glasses by wellness and health store Clicks’s Mayfield Square branch.
According to Samukelo Esihle founder Samukelo Tshabalala, 168 gogos will benefit from this donation.
“This is a welcome relief for those who have been battling with eyesight problems. I would like to thank Clicks for their act of kindness. The gogos will now be able to read their Bibles without any issues,” she said.
