Members of the JKA Karate Benoni, took to Homestead Dam on September 17, to take part in the dojo’s annual spring training.

The event allows the karatekas to celebrate the coming of the new season while showcasing the many facets of martial arts.

Practising their defensive moves are Liam Swarts (9) and Hanna Shiel (11).
