#Northerns50years: ‘Proud to run in BNSC colours’

Darren Zabielski joined the Benoni Northerns Sports Club (BNSC) in February.
He said despite being one of the most decorated sports clubs around, he is most fascinated by its social aspect.
“The club is very social with some great people that I have been able to meet and share some stories and good laughs with. The staff are also so helpful and they are always there for you when you need to know something.”
Zabielski is a member of the club’s athletics subsection. He applauds the members for helping him settle in and build memories he will cherish for a long time.
“It has helped boost my confidence and motivation to run more. It has pushed me to enter more road races.
“Happy Birthday BNSC and I wish the club a fantastic birthday and a successful year with many more happy miles, which I plan to be a part of. I will be right here wishing the club happy birthday as I proudly run under their colours.”
