More than 100 students from 12 schools participated in the SISA Chess tournament, hosted by Ashton College Benoni, on May 6.
Beginners and more experienced players participated in the event which saw Ashton claiming overall victory.
Other participating schools, according to tournament standings, included Shangri La Academy, Veritas College, St Columbus College, Live and Learn Academy, Ashbury College, Curro Serengeti, St Dunstans College, Ridgewood College, Pinnacle College, Ashton College B, and St. Francis College.
