Protea to return to the stage
Over the past 32 years Protea has become synonymous with shaping young stars.
Protea Stage Productions could be returning to the stage soon and the newly elected committee cannot wait.
“During the past two years community theatre has suffered a major blow and our annual productions ground to a halt,” said Bob Stone, chairperson of the organisation.
“As we are seeing an easing of restrictions we are looking forward to getting back onto the stage and getting back to the business of producing spectacular productions that will mesmerise and entertain audiences.”
We hope to perform the musical Mary Poppins.”
