Lions club donates washing machine to old age home
The home provides the elderly in need with a warm homely atmosphere with 24-hour care for about 50 residents.
The Benoni Van Rhyn Lions Club recently donated a new washing machine to the Red Cross Eventide Old Age Home in Brakpan.
The club put out a request, as the washing machine at the home wasn’t working.
The club responded to their need and purchased an 18kg washing machine.
The home provides the elderly in need with a warm homely atmosphere with 24-hour care for about 50 residents.
