Music meets rowing at Homestead Dam
Attendees enjoyed a picnic concert on the banks of Homestead Dam with great orchestral music and rowing demonstrations presented by the two organisations.
The Musical Strokes left a lasting impression on guests as the East Rand Youth Orchestra (ERYO) and the Rowing Club joined hands (or blades) and demonstrated their talents recently, at the club, in Arrowe Park.

“We hope to build a stronger relationship with the Rowing Club,” said the ERYO conductor, Pienaar Fourie, as he complimented the beautiful outdoor setting where guests enjoyed resting on the grass while practising social distancing.
