The Benoni Flying Squad members arrested a businessman for defying Level 3 alcohol restrictions on June 14 at Mokgoba Village in Putfontein.

Spokesperson Sgt Raider Ubisi said the man was found selling alcohol at his place of business on a Sunday, which is against the regulation.
Police arrested the man, confiscated the liquor and revoked his liquor licence for four months as stipulated by the Covid-19 gazette.
