Baby Almond Tree is grateful for the community’s help

The Almond Tree is a registered NPO and temporary place of safety for abandoned, abused and vulnerable babies and children between the ages of birth and three years.

“I would love to send a thank you message to the customers who shop at The Falls Super SPAR,” said development manager Zina Rotherham.

“We cannot believe the amazing support we have received from the small community who shop there.

“Every week, we collect two full trolleys of groceries.

“This is amazing and such a show of support, we are truly amazed by the generosity of people in these uncertain times.”

They also thanked the manager, Alexi Tzanos, and Cathy Sweeck, who was the brain behind the initiative.
