Three little kiddies ready for their trip around Homestead Dam.

The junior promo sailing day was held recently at the Benoni Sailing club, Homestead Dam.

“It was such an enjoyable day, children got to experience being on a boat with fish and ducks all around them,” said Dudley Thomson, promoter at the club.

“The children were so enthusiastic, not a phone or tablet in sight.

“Everyone got a chance to go out on the boats and learn about sailing.

Dudley Thomson, promoter at the Benoni Sailing club bring his boat back in.

“All in all, a fantastic day was had by all and we encourage Benoni to join us, sailing is a fun activity and it gets you out the house,” said Thomson.
