Renewable energy under the spotlight

The Northfield Methodist Church’s Care of Creation meetings takes place once a month with specialised guest speakers and interesting topics on climate change and the environment.

At the meeting in January, geologist Clyde Mallinson was the guest speaker and shared his insights about the energy sector in South Africa, and the economics and statistics behind this as well as potential opportunities that exist if we transition into renewable energy.
