As I arrived I stopped at the front door. I immediately jumped out and ran into the station with the man behind me. There we met with WO RE Mohwatseleng from A-Relief and I was very impressed with the way he handled the situation.
He immediately took control in a very calm and professional manner.
I felt safe as the motorist was a big guy and in a rage.
He assured me that he was there to help and assist me and I did the right thing to go to them.
He took control of a situation that could have turned out very badly and tried to calm us all down.
The motorist eventually left and I stayed to thank him for helping me.
I followed up the next day and met with him again to show my appreciation.
Over the last few years, I have been to the Crystal Park Police Station a few times for small things like certifying documents, etc.
We have always been treated very professionally and friendly.
I would like to acknowledge the station and its staff as I think they are met with a lot of negativity in general.
