Benoni pioneer Joe Civin dies at age 100
His funeral was held yesterday (November 18).
Benoni’s pioneer, Joe Civin, died on November 14 at age 100.
His funeral was held yesterday (November 18).
The Rynfield resident turned 100 years old in September.
Civin was the president of the Benoni Chamber of Commerce and Industry (1968 and 1975) and chairman for the Benoni Publicity Association in 1969.
The City Times is awaiting further information from his family.
