[WATCH] Sing for Joy concert lives up to expectations

The cathedral was filled with happy faces who enjoyed the music and sing-along at the Sing for Joy 2019 which is in its 17th production.

It was nothing but pure bliss and joyful singing at the Sing for Joy annual concert held at the St Dunstan’s Anglican Cathedral on Saturday (June 1)

The annual concert featured sacred and secular numbers such as Go Down Moses, When You Believe, The Mill Wheel, Irish Blessing, My Soul Finds Rest In God Alone, The God Of Abraham Praise and many more.

Under the guidance of Robert Strijdom and Japhta Luphuzi, who took the roles of musical directors, Sing for Joy 2019 lived up to the promise and expectation to be the most enjoyable concert, with a choir of approximately 100 voices.

Benoi High School pipe band members, under the guidance of Hilary Webber, entertained the crowd.
