Protea Stage Productions returns for another fun-filled show, The Musical Adventures of Pocahontas, coming to you from May 25.

“The well-known, much-loved classic has been adapted for the stage and follows the story of Pocahontas, a native villager who falls in love, against her father’s wishes, with an English sailor who has come to dig for gold in her village,” said Michael Brownhill.
“The production features songs we all love, as well as a few unfamiliar ones thrown in.”
The show’s production team consists of Michael Brownhill, Emily Heath and some award-winning members from the 2018 Franklin One Act Play Festival, including Kristen Lomas (merit award for Best Supporting Actress), Juan Oosthuizen (Best Actor), Michael Lomas (Best Supporting Actor) and Carole Worrell (Best Director).
The production will take place at Tom Newby School from May 25 to June 10, 2018.
