On October 16, at about 6pm, I rode my Honda motorcycle with orange Repsol colours.

I was in the fast lane when a red taxi came into my lane with no warning.

I collided with the back of the taxi and fell off my bike.

Luckily the drivers of the cars behind me saw everything and stopped.

I was able to run to the side of the road on the left.

That’s when motorists came to my aid, checking if I was okay.

They forced me to lie still and called for an ambulance.

I remember two white gentlemen and one Indian gentleman – I don’t remember the rest.

The taxi driver came to see if I was fine.

I was weak and being attended to by the paramedics, so I couldn’t get their details, but I would like to make contact with them to thank them for their assistance.
