Search for abandoned child’s parents
The Department of Social Development is looking for the biological parents of a nine-year-old boy who was abandoned in the Zenzele informal settlement in Daveyton.
The child’s name is Obama Thobela and he was born on October 7, 2007.
Attempts to find the parents have been unsuccessful.
