Judgement reserved in Bunny Park case

Judgement has been reserved in the South Gauteng High Court in the matter between the Bunny Park interest groups and the Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality (EMM).

This was revealed on the Save the Bunny Park Animals and Ban Animal Trading (Bat) Facebook pages this afternoon (June 28).

Judgement is expected to be delivered on Friday, at 10am.

The Bunny Park volunteer groups are suing the Ekurhuleni metro on the grounds of being in contempt of court.

This follows a settlement which was reached between the volunteer groups and the metro in July last year.
