Will they leave them behind?

I am totally in agreement with Tony Burgess, who recently wrote a letter in the City Times.

I stay in Webb Street and my gardener rakes together between 10 and 20 bags of the leaves that the council trees on the pavement lose in the autumn.

With the council’s decision not to collect bags anymore, these leaves are going to be left in the future.

While the metro makes decisions that they believe will make the system more efficient, they are not always correct.

Someone clearly didn’t think of all the possible additional costs that will now be necessary.
