To your reader noting the deaths of pigeons, Midrand is experiencing the same phenomenon.

It includes hadedas, pigeons and owls, and some are seen literally dropping from the sky.

They are found daily in large numbers and we estimate over a thousand have been found in recent months.

We suspect an air pollutant, since the toxicology reports find no evidence of bacteria or viral causes.
