It’s been months since Mary Goby was sent off into the sunset by the DA, a party that I support without reservation.

I recollect the countless hours she spent solving problems, always accessible, always willing to help, no matter the time of day or severity of the problem.
She was visible, forthright, she often came across as tough, but Mary always got the job done.
Many disliked her direct approach, thinking she lacked finesse and political correctness, but boy did she solve problems.
This town would be a far better place if we had more people like Mary.
