Do not forget to vote for the Mr and Miss Benoni City Times People’s Choice 2016. Voting lines are officially open.
To vote, SMS the keyword “Benoni” and the number of your favourite contestant to 33657.
Submissions close on Thursday, October 13 at midnight.
SMSs are charged at R1.50 each and free SMSs do not apply.
After entrants were interviewed on September 3, the top 40 (20 male and 20 female) were chosen to battle it out for the crown of Mr and Miss Benoni, to be held at the Kopanong Hotel and Conference Centre on October 15.
During this time, an itinerary of educating the contestants about various charities, along with giving them an opportunity to raise funds to support these charities, will take place.
“Our chosen charities this year are Haven Care Centre and The Almond Tree Baby Home,” said co-owner of Rampage Modelling Agency, Debbie Moore.
This year’s theme is Generation Flashback.
