Buco Rietpan throws their weight behind golf day
Buco Rietpan will again be the title sponsor of the annual Benoni City Times Buco Rietpan Charity Golf Day, on September 1.
“Last year was such a huge success and it was good seeing the absolute joy of the organisations we managed to help,” said Buco Rietpan branch manager Christo de Klerk.
“We, as Buco, want to see even bigger smiles on their faces.”
De Klerk said he is excited about uplifting the community through Buco’s involvement.
“We all need to contribute in uplifting and supporting our community in need,” he added.
“Social responsibility should be one of the important points on any company’s agenda.”
Apart from social responsibility, de Klerk rated the 2015 golf day as “electrifying”.
He also said it is important for people to support a worthy cause like the golf day.
“I say the more the merrier; if we all support this worthy cause we can all ease the pain of those who need our support so desperately,” he said.
And this year, he expects a bigger turnout than last year.
“We plan to double our contribution if we have more sponsors who will contribute to the event,” de Klerk concluded.
