Community supports blood drive
The South African National Blood Services (SANBS) collaborated with the Rotary Club of Benoni Aurora and local businesses to encourage the public to stay committed to donating blood.
People donated blood at Curves Benoni Rynfield, on the corner of O’Reilly Merry Street and Fourteenth Avenue, on June 25.
“It’s important for people to continue to donate blood through out the year to help save lives,” said Terrance Pillay, public relations practitioner of the Benoni SANBS.
