Help out with this precious resource

The Oos-Rand Staan Saam project hopes to collect at least 20 000L of drinking water for Kroonstad.

The charity organisation has made several trips to the Free State recently, to address the drought there.

The most recent trip saw about 21 000L being taken to Senekal on May 14. The water was collected in a week, according to founding member Yvonne Davies.

“The community of Kroonstad is facing eight months without water, so we are planning to help them out,” Davies said.

The trip to Kroonstad will depart on May 28, if enough water is collected.
