The younger child is believed to be a pupil of Rynfield Primary School.

The school paid tribute to the family on their Facebook page.

“May God hold them close to His heart and give them peace.”

Details surrounding the accident are not known at this stage.

Meanwhile, the school also paid tribute to former pupil Amber Liechti, who matriculated from the college last year.

She is believed to have died in a car accident in Bredell on December 9.
