Recycle project is successful

People were asked to drop off unwanted electronic equipment at Lakeside Mall, from November 2 to 23.

A total of 2 120kg of e-waste was collected, which will be recycled though Desco Electronic Recyclers.

“The aim of this project was to create public awareness of the need to dispose of e-waste in an environmentally friendly manner, and it exemplifies our ongoing commitment to provide a healthier and safer place to live, work and play,” said club member Beaulieu Maré.
